Join us at New Mom School most Saturday’s (lol mom life, I try and stay as consistent as possible) @11:30am for a strong & supportive Pilates class designed to help you rebuild strength, feel good in your body again, and connect with other moms who get it (& also your little one)!
No pressure, no perfect babies- just movement, getting out of the house, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are (what a concept haha)!
