You’ll target your abs, glutes, arms, and everything in between —building flexibility, endurance, and control without extra strain. With a supportive crew and feel-good vibes, you’ll move, sweat, and push past limits together.

Power through your midweek with a strong, dynamic Vinyasa flow, all in the calming glow of candlelight. This class builds strength, flexibility, and core stability.

Move with intention through energizing sequences that challenge and ground you, blending power and mindfulness in every pose. Whether you're firing up or slowing down, you’ll leave feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.

Prenatal Pilates POWER

TUESDAYS STARTING MAY 13TH | 8:30AM

This isn’t your average prenatal class. We’re not here to coddle—you’re training for the marathon of birth, and this class is built to support you every step of the way.

We’ll focus on strengthening the muscles that matter most during pregnancy and labor (hello, glutes, core, and pelvic floor), while also stretching and releasing tension in the areas that carry the load. Expect a class that’s challenging, fun, and made to leave you feeling strong, open, and connected to your body.

All trimesters welcome. No Pilates experience needed.
Led by a pregnant instructor who gets it—because she’s right there with you.
